Five Minute Journal: It Begins
It's time to start writing a journal. They say a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and I don't have much experience journaling so I'm going to start with the Five Minute Journal. If you haven't heard of it before, it's a simple book you can write in each morning and evening with prompts and quotes. It's backed by enough research that I'm willing to give it a try!
