Fried Wontons
A simple recipe for making fried wontons.
With this recipe you don't really need a lot of time or specialized ingredients. Wonton skins are probably the most difficult to come by.
- 2 packs of wonton skins (frozen or refrigerated)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can of water chestnuts, finely chopped
- Half of a white onion, finely chopped
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic Salt
- 2.25 packets of taco seasoning (about 2, but depending on how it looks, can add more)
- 2 eggs
Mix all inside ingredients to taste, shape into meatballs and cook in the oven at 325 for about 30 mins.
Let cool, Stuff into wonton skins and deep fry.
